「The staff where brilliant and incredibly friendly, would have been 5 stars but I do feel like the cleaning in the rooms could have been better. Lots of dust around, surfaces not wiped down properly before arrival and floors could have been cleaned better, there was hairs around the beds and in the bathroom on the floor and dust buildup in the corners of the rooms. Location is great, supermarket next door, lots of places to eat and a lovely walk around the palace gardens which is a 3-4 min walk...

「The fit and finish furnishings decor were all outstanding, location on the river just added to the experience」

「Fantastic service and nice breakfast! Also, the location is very closed to the sightseeing area and you can find the parking lot with their contact discount. 」
