「The property was a seemingly pretty new doublewide trailer with easy access to a lake with a dock for fishing. There was a nice back porch for eating meals. We were able to drive into Brownwood for a fantastic dinner at a restaurant called the Turtle, I believe. Should be checked out. The food was excellent. We had a great time.」

「We had a last minute cancelation on a Tuesday for my bachelor party off shore fishing do to weather. We found this place Wednesday that was able to accommodate 18 people at once with a 2 day notice and made the parry possible and aloud us to have a great time.
