「The rooms and grounds were lovely and clean The menu was ok but the food taste uninspiring The movie about the archeological sites was outdated and impossible to hear due to a bad and outdated audio video system The WIFI was non existent in the rooms and spotty in the reception area The staff in the restaurant mostly seemed like they were put out when having to serve and could use more training The worst was the staff at the front desk who were inattentive no matter who manned the desk the...

「Loved the vibe this property had. My overall stay was pretty good, the food was made fresh to order, the staff were as helpful as possible as my Spanish is extremely limited. The room could have been a bit cleaner but it’s understandable it’s basically out in the forest so perfectly clean wasn’t expected. It was unfortunate the power was out for the majority of my last day stay, I was checking out so I didn’t bother to ask about it. I will say, I’m more than sure I was grossly over charged for...
