“We were in Topeka for a wedding and this place was a delightful surprise! The apartment was much larger than expected with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a decent kitchen open to the living room, a desk and a dining table. I don’t know my way around Topeka but we seemed to be pretty centrally located and never had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to get where we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. Yard looked nice too. Very convenient location and responsive host. Thank you!”

“We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft.”

“This was our second year in a row staying at this place for the Unbound gravel race in Emporia. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy, but the screen porch is our favorite place to hang out. It’s located on a short culdesac close to the lake, so there’s no traffic buzzing by. It was a great base camp for our cycling adventure.”

“Nice property and room. Beautiful courtyard and pool area. Hotel needs updated with usb ports in rooms. Bathroom had a huge tub/shower however older person may not be able to step into it. Our server at breakfast buffet was excellent I wish I had gotten her name. Dinner buffet was ok for the money. ”

“Te pool being in the courtyard surrounded by trees added a very comfortable feel to the pool area. The quietness of the whole area, even with the major roads and highways near by, was relaxing. The sound of the birds was the loudest thing we heard. Overall the landscaping is wonderful and the grounds keeping was excellent.”
