“I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside……

“The property is well located, within walking distance to all the sights. The rooms were clean and as described. Staff responded quickly to questions through the Expedia app and were friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early morning flight and were able to leave our bags there while out sightseeing, as well as check into our room early (2pm), which we really appreciated. There are also laundry facilities in the basement of the property that we were able to use.”

“I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”
