“There was a terrible smell in the house. Smelled smoky, even though there were "No Smoking" signs posted in several places. I bought a neutralizing spray and used it every time we entered and exited. It helped a little. Beds were comfortable. We were cold the first night because I didn't know right away how to adjust the thermostat. Shower was new and nice. We arrived in the dark and there was a couple of "scary" people on the front steps. It felt safer in the daylight. ”

We stayed in the winter and had about 8" of snow overnight - fortunately we were able to park in the garage and they had the snow cleared by the time we needed to leave in the morning. The gas fireplace in the living space made it nice and cozy. ”
