  • Villa Montana in Mazarrón Country Club is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday or an extended getaway. The 64 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with quality beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people—ideal for couples and families.



    Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a heating system for the winter. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.



    The villa features private outdoor areas with a garden and well-furnished terraces, offering both shade and sun on either side of the property. Guests can enjoy a quality barbecue, peace, privacy, and beautiful views. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area, which is a Mediterranean park. A beautiful public pool with terraces and various children's pools is located just 200 m away, near the bar/restaurant "El Faro," where parents can relax while children are entertained.



    From Villa Montana, you can access a great network for hiking, biking, and birdwatching. The distance to the bar/restaurant "El Faro" is 300 meters, and the nearest supermarket is 250 meters away. Beaches in the area are about 10 kilometers away, and Murcia Airport is 51.2 km from the property.



    Free private parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed; please inquire in advance. In the high season, it can be too hot for pets in the area. Parties and events are not allowed.
