「Like the facility」

「staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem.」

The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. 「I booked the hotel for 4-night because it had an indoor pool. The photo has to be 10 years old. The pool was out of order when I got there on Wed. at 2 PM and was still out of service on Sun. when I left. The hour of operation was 12 noon to 8 pm, the shortest widow I have ever seem. Though the pool was green and obviously not repaired they kept opening and closing it each day. As to the free breakfast it was crap.
