「Camera pulita parcheggio comodo」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Big room.」

「The property is stunning and unique and is exactly as it appears in online photos. The food was delicious - especially the breakfast and the omelet which was amazing! The tasting was lovely, the rooms were clean, and we appreciated the espresso machines in the room. The only negatives (all minor) were that the outdoor hot tub was out of commission waiting on a part to arrive (I know these things happen but it was a bummer since we were very much looking forward to using it and our room only had...

「La habitación estaba más o menos bien…el valor estaba ok y tenía el parqueadero que es importante. Pero el desayuno estaba regular..y la zona del hotel no es muy agradable..」

「Like a boutique hotel, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price and breakfast is also yummy. 」

「We had a great stay. Great location and very attentive staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. Some amenities are shared with a nearby hotel.」

「Lovely breakfast, really clean rooms and nice spa facilities!」

「Clean, comfortable, quiet and with very, very helpful staff. I'd stay here again when in Milazzo.」

「It is fantastic to stay in this resort with everything here more than 4 star grade. All 4 heads of our family had a joyful vacation in this accommodation. My room was upgraded to a room with spectacular harbor city view and spa bath inside.」

「The hotel was super close to the port and very nicely maintained. I did pick this hotel because it had a hot tub and I was sore from traveling, but it wasnt working which was quite disappointing.」

「staff was friendly but restaurant was closed and not in a great sector nothing like the picture.」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「The staff was incredibly helpful. We needed to rent a car, have it delivered and returned to another location. They went up and beyond what was expected! Also, I had a wonderful massage and a fabulous lunch . We arrived late for reservation but still were able to get a sandwich and a drink. Wish that we could have stayed longer,!!」

「Conveniently located, clean and spacious. It is just less than 5 min from the pier to vulcano and other aeolian islands. If anything, the drainage in the shower place is kinda slow. Supermarket nearby and a nice bakery/ coffee shop called "Urban" is just next door」
