The house was impeccably clean and accurately depicted in the listing. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to everything we needed. 「Great neighborhood, lots of amenities, and plenty of space!」

「We were there for over 25 days and we were very satisfied with the accommodations. The host was very responsive to our needs.」

「We were in the area for a wedding and needed a place for the groom’s family to stay. We are so glad we chose this property. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Jerry is a wonderful host. He saw a problem with the wireless service and had technicians on it before we were aware of the issue. My only regret is that we booked for only one night and didn’t get to fully enjoy all that this place had to offer. I will definitely reserve this property for my next visit to the valley.」

「This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Very amble space, functional, comfortable and ever so lovely. The pool was perfect to relax and have that vacation feel. Maria and Bill are the hosts are were extremely helpful, resourceful and responsive. We love to cook and this house is perfect for it. This is honestly the best place we’ve ever stayed in. 10/10, would recommend. 」

「Clean and cozy」

「The stay never happened. The owner cancelled 2 hours BEFORE our arrival. We emailed several times for owner to provide details of rental such as access codes and wifi, but he never confirmed until our arrival day. This was unacceptable and created an inconvenience for our family. We were visiting due to funeral of family member and the last minute cancellation caused undue stress.」

「Went with my kids ages 17 to 23 for my niece's wedding. My children enjoyed playing pool and just hanging out. The house was very nice and comfortable. Shopping and dining near.」

「The rep for the owner told me they were double booked so even though I had booked mine months prior they would not let us rent it then the owner contacted me and said something totally different that it was due to the roof. So on the day of arrival we looked and there were 0 rentals in the area. So I ended up paying almost double to stay in a hotel.」

「My family visiting was not able to stay in this place due to some issues that arised but Simon was great at communicating with me to place my family in a different location. The location was fantastic and had all amenities necessary. I truly appreciate Simon's quick response and accommodations. 」
