My daughter especially enjoyed the swing out front, and the fire pit—with plenty of wood provided—made for relaxing evenings. The location was ideal, close to the Leota trails and with easy access to the lake. A stylish, cozy retreat that made for a memorable getaway.」

「This was a really nice unit. Not on the water, but within a few minutes drive time to Houghton Lake, and 20 minutes to Higgins Lake. Lots of beautiful trails, boat launches, and public parks. Located on a quiet street, close to stores and restaurants. Would stay here again. The host was more than accommodating, and made sure every need was met. The house is well equipped, even down to a crate for your dog. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus!」

「We absolutely loved our stay and truly enjoyed our time. Our large family of 12 including 5 children (4-12) all had our own space which made it so nice. The place is stocked full of everything you would need. The hosts really thought of everything. Communication with hosts was almost immediate with any questions we may have had. Our family had so much fun catching many fish and enjoying the relaxing calmness that Pleasant Lake had to offer!」
