  • Welcome to The Back Nine, McCall's golf, lake, and ski homebase. This remodeled 3BR/2.5BA condo is perched above McCall Golf Course with quick access to Payette Lake, downtown, Gold Glove Park, Ponderosa State Park, and Brundage Resort. Play your front 9 on the course, your back 9 at the lake, and come home to a place that’s built for everything in between. Unwind on the covered back deck, store your clubs or skis in the 2‑car garage.

    The Back Nine sits in a quiet pocket of McCall that keeps you close to everything without feeling “in town.” You’re just a mile from Ponderosa State Park, with its pine‑lined trails, bike paths, lake viewpoints, and winter Nordic skiing. Davis Beach on Payette Lake is a quick drive or easy bike ride away for sandy toes and afternoon swims. The McCall Golf Course and the paved bike path system are nearby, making it simple to swap hiking boots for bikes or clubs. Downtown McCall—with its coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and marina—is only a few minutes by car, so you can grab supplies or dinner out and be back on the porch before sunset. In winter, roads are plowed and you’re well‑placed for snowshoeing in Ponderosa, Nordic trails, and a short drive to Brundage Resort and other local snow adventures.

    RECOMMENDATIONS:
    *If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

    *It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

    *If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.

    We start you with 2 rolls of paper towels and 3 rolls of TP per bathroom. Longer stays or bigger groups may want to grab extra.

    SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
    Our summer is short, so construction season is fast and busy (June–September). We always try to note known projects, but we don’t always get a heads‑up about neighbors. We can’t control or refund for outside noise, but we’re always here to help brainstorm solutions if something comes up.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION POLICIES--not for cancelled events, illness, surgery, rain, low water levels, not enough snow, accidentally booked two vacation rentals, etc. (we've heard lots of reasons)! We STRONGLY recommend travel insurance for peace of mind. We stick to the cancellation terms YOU agree to at booking so it’s fair for everyone. Please review the cancellation policy carefully prior to booking. Any refunds are less credit card processing fees.

Awesome townhouse golf

This townhouse is awesome. Very large bedrooms, well appointed, kitchen, bath, deck, grill, decor… everything is so fresh - like were the first people to stay. Bespoke managers were fantastic and responsive - for instance we could figure out ceiling fan and crew responded back within minutes and we found remote in the utility drawer. Close enough to walk to clubhouse and not drive. Only point to note would be if you have a very large vehicle it may not fit in garage. There was an outside spot - tho don’t travel to this address with a trailer as the approach on a dead end street and small access road to unit. Overall, amazing place - very spacious and comfortable. Great customer service and support. Good value for such a fresh and convenient property.
