The main living area features reclining sofas positioned around the gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV, creating a comfortable place to unwind in every season. Surrounded by windows, the dining area brings in natural light throughout the day and sits adjacent to the covered patio for easy indoor-outdoor flow.



The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for cooking at home, with stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, generous counter space, and an oversized island with seating for four.



Just outside, the covered patio offers outdoor seating and a gas grill for evening meals, while the backyard fire pit creates a cozy space to gather after a day on the lake or ski slopes.



The private primary suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower. Two additional queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A laundry room with a new washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE:

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.
