We stay here everytime we come and visit family. Typically we have no problem, or at least we haven’t. I say that because my brother Jeremiah Moore and my sister in law Tiffany refused and stayed Hampton Inn Suites due to their past experience with this location. We checked inn late because we got in late, all went well. It was dark and we were tired so we didn’t really inspect the room. Well when woke up the next morning, we both noticed these black streaks on the ceiling and my wife’s allergies revealed to us what the marks were. I took pictures and verified that it was mold. Black Mold. Additionally, after getting out of the bed immediately, we then inspected our bed. Sheets were definitely dirty. We literally took showers and went to sleep. Only utilized the room for maybe 9 hours total. I’m extremely disappointed with my whole experience. When we did bring it to the attention of the staff they were very passive and didn’t seem eager to help. Let’s say we will not be staying at another Holiday Inn unless this is made right. I see why the hospitality industry is reaching a crossroad, I would have rather an AirBNB honestly. My wife and I are entrepreneurs and we understand the value of EVERY experience.
