"This was a great place. Not fancy or lavish but everything we needed very comfortable and private with a great bbq grill. Would definitely stay again. "

"This property is awesome and very unique. From the large indoor pool with diving board, to the old time cassette player, to the beautiful views. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably (almost every bedroom has its own bathroom) and had a lot of fun. Only negative is that the electrical system was not fully working throughout the house. Once that is fixed I would recommend this property to any large group (friends, family, mixture of friends and family) finding a place to stay."

"The property is great as well as the hosts. There is still an ongoing issue with VRBO (customer service is out of country) but this is not the fault of the owners. This why the rating is low in the check in process. Luckily the property is also listing on the competition and we would book that way again. Enjoy!"

"Property is beautiful, and very spacious. Your own quite corner with visually stunning views down into the Santiam river. Inside and out was clean and plenty of opportunities for professional photos, which we used as our wedding reception venue."

"This home was perfect for our week stay in Independence OR inclusive of our wedding reception for friends and family. We have various friends from all over the west coast join us at the house. We used all 10 bed spaces one night and were still comfortable and able to socialize. Nice to be within walking distance and have use of the local free trolley. We’ll definitely use the property again. "
