"The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. "Had a fantastic time at this location. Kim was exceptionally helpful and communicative."

"Property host was quick to communicate during booking and check in process. Property manager/cleaner is right next door for any issues and to give local recommendations. Area is quiet and the layout of the house made sure all relatives had a comfortable place to sleep. Take the canoe or kayaks onto the water and explore the lake. There is a town market on Saturdays which was a bonus as well as some quick bites to eat just a few minutes away. "

"Conveniently located a block from the airport this brand new hotel has everything you need except a hotel bar. The suite I was in, had a very large desk, which was wonderful for a working vacation, but would also double as a great table as it had access for chairs on both sides. I initially could not find the closet because the barn doors for the bathroom cover the closet when they are open, I was a little confused unpacking, but figured it out The fitness centre is well equipped, the front desk staff are amazing and the complementary breakfast in the morning was satisfactory. I would definitely stay at this hotel again unless I need to be downtown thunder Bay."

Breakfast is as expected, however, dishes get piled and left too long and items (cream, jam) don’t get replenished quick enough or they advise that they have run out (which is not acceptable in my opinion). Otherwise, great place to stay! Staff is friendly and complimentary firewood is a bonus 👌 Overall, 4 stars"

"It was my daughter birthday gateway. Loved the dinner, the simple duplex room. Just facing the water. Super clean. The jacuzzi was working in the room. Loved the sauna and the pool.
