「From the time I was greeted till my bags were whisked into my car, I was treated with professional courtesy and personal care. I'm an elderly lady traveling alone and need extra help. I was given a downstairs room and treated with exceptional care. There were many extras in my room including a binder of the history of the Lodge built in 1907. 「We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay.」
