「This is a very clean and quiet home. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog Max. Close to town if you feel the need. The owner was very nice and responsive. We came to see Loretta Lynn's ranch which is a short drive away and had a late breakfast at Carol's Restaurant in Waverly. We enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you!」

「Very relaxing cabin right on Buffalo River. Very clean and decorated nicely. Close to grocery. Host was very responsive and helpful. Cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. We grilled out on the large back deck overlooking the river and the bed was so comfortable. Two sofas in the living room allowed for us to lounge and watch tv and read. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay」

「Glad we decided to stay here when dropping my sim off at his new apartment. The sunset was beautiful through the oaks. The entrance area a well manicured and lit at night, stunning. The space is clean and comfortable. The hot water is hot and the bed comfortable. Be ready to climb stairs. They aren’t steep but there is quite a few…what would you expect from a penthouse?
