“When we checked in we were given a room with a lake view and handicap accessible, which was great because my son in law is a disabled vet with mobility issues. The first night and the first time we tried to use the toilet we discovered it was stopped up. We asked for a plunger and was told the did not have one and could not find one. So at 8:30 we had to change to a non handicap room with a parking lot view. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and was basically told "oh well". My son in law……

“Hotel was fine for one night stay; however, room was dirty. Stains on sofa cushions, dust on lamp shades, and dirty/greasy tables. Bedding on the beds were clean though and air worked well. ”

“Everything was very clean and in order. The building itself is a little aged but you can tell it’s well taken care of. Some minor updates in the rooms like providing some usb charging ports would make it better but overall I felt safe and not grossed out.”

“Room reek of urine! Went to go take a bath and had dried urine in the tub! All the mirrors, pictures, lamp, and fridge rusty! Told the hotel front desk that had urine in my tub and she responded saying this is a pet friendly room! Ok I understand that but it’s totally unacceptable to have urine in the tub! ”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“In my opinion, this property was disgusting. It should be removed from the list of suggestions. The room I was given was poorly maintained, had a foul odor, and was dirty (I have pictures, yuck). I suggest you choose a different property.”
