“The location is very central. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all of the services provided with the room and ensure we got settled in. The rooms are great. We’ve stayed here 3x in the past year and we have never been disappointed. The suites are set up very conveniently. There is a television set up in the living area with a very comfortable sofa. “We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this motel. We arrived at 3:00 p.m., which was check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready, so we had to wait. When we were finally told we could go into the room, we were shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained it was. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made it even more unpleasant. There were stains on the floor, stains on the pillows, and the lamp and curtains were visibly dirty and disgusting. The bathroom……
