The hotel offered a very luxurious and relaxing feel. Very spacious and modern look. Wegman's was within walking distance and provided a convenient shopping experience for travelers. Upon arrival, I was locked out of my assigned hotel that caused delay before I could begin the process of unwinding. Instructions from hotel in a detailed "upon arrival" email could have created a more seamless experience in navigating elevators, parking deck, etc and locating main lobby. Overall staff were friendly and offered to assist. Fire alarm went off during my stay also causing unexpected evacuation for guests .

Everything was great! I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times and I enjoy my stay each time! The only thing I wish they could have for an amenity is an indoor pool but that’s just me. Lol. Great location and huge rooms!! My only con is that the bed is a little too firm for me and the pillows are too soft.
