「Very basic but OK.Needs to clean the spiderweb inside and out !There was only enough coffee for one day, we stayed four nights.Left the message but no response! We bought our own coffee.」

「Pet friendly」

「I was asked to give a review by Expedia, been rejected two times. Has never happened before, as I've been a guest of this site for decades. Followed all the "rules", may have something to do with the security deposit and how it works... wish I could tell you the truth. Spent over an hour reviewing our true thoughts/experiences, including downloading pictures. That being said, here's my final, hope it sticks. Property: Clean inside, full/awesome amenities. Not really a traditional "cabin"....

「Very clean with bath products provided. Well maintained. Picnic table needs to be fixed. Would not recommend for someone who has physical disabilities( lots of stairs).」

「I would highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for any stays (winter or summer) in the Pinetop/Lakeside area. Clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a visit to the mountains.」

「Be advised that this is a tiny space. While we were advised that the loft area had a low ceiling and would need to crawl to the bed, we were unable to get our dog up to the loft due to the stairs being extremely steep and difficult to go up. The bathroom is also very tight and was difficult to shower in. The interior was nice and clean and the host was kind and easy to communicate with. The property is close to lots of restaurants also.」

「The property is Beautiful and Peaceful; right on the lake. The cabin was cozy and had a REAL fireplace. Everything was clean. I was a little disappointed in the cookware provided. It's as old as the cabin and Teflon is scratched off everything. Otherwise, we would stay again, but will being our own cookware.」

「The cabin was just as described. Very comfortable with all the amenities one could wish for.」

「Great place for dogs. Beautiful rustic cabin.」

「The decor was very nice. Awesome bathroom! Just a couple things to be aware of: The deck overlooks a very busy road, so there is traffic noise. Fortunately, it dies down at night. Also, if you rent a lower unit and someone is renting the unit above, you will hear people walking around. Also, be aware that there is a cook top, but no oven. Location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby and nice trails across the street. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Great location and view. Everything was amazing will come back」

「Brett and Nicky were very communicative and accommodating. The cabin is clean, updated, very nice and spacious. The large and fenced yard is a plus and our children enjoyed playing outside all weekend in the great weather. We will definitely be booking again with Brett and Nicky!」

「We loved our stay!」

「The house itself is very cute, it has everything you need, it is spacious and comfortable. The owner is extremely responsive and always available. If it was just my family, without pets, I feel it would have been more enjoyable. However, on day 1, the big dogs next door broke through their front door and came to attack my dogs while I was trying to walk them on leash. The back fence is cattle fence wire, and is shared with a dog that lives directly behind the house. The neighbor next door (owner...

「Location is beautiful. Cabins are rustic, but nice.. Property was kept up. It was exactly what we were looking for..」
