「Plenty of room for everyone and ample outdoor space. Enjoyed the panoramic view sitting on the front porch watching the sun rise while drinking coffee. The location is adjacent to the Marty Bender wildlife hiking trail. Great morning hike along the Smoky Hill River. Plenty to do on the property as well, but we didn’t have afternoon or evening time available as we were in town for my son’s wedding. The basement has a rustic “dude cave” that we explored. 「We stayed here with some friends for the state fair. This place is in a good location as we walked back and forth to the fair. The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. 」

「It is a nice older, but nicely renovated country home. I liked that there are neighbors on both sides so it didn't seem that we were "out there" on the prairie all alone. We would stay there again. AC was great. Would have been nice to have cable TV, but we didn't watch TV much. Would be a very nice place for a family or a small family reunion.」
