The space
A 3rd floor apartment with great views around the surrounding areas including stunning views of the mountains. The property is in a great location with just a short walk to local shops, cafes and restaurants with near by ATM and Pharmacy.

Cabo Negro Beach is a short 3-5 minute drive from the apartment which is a great sandy beach with local amenities at the beach to use or rent.

Positioned in between the two larger towns of M'Diq and Martil just a 5-10 minute drive north or south of the complex where you can find lots of local fresh produce, restaurants and local shopping.

If you are looking for more adventure, the apartment is well placed for day trips. With the internationally popular Chefchaouen approximately 90 minutes away by vehicle. Whether that is your own/rental car, a private for hire taxi or catching a coach from the Tetouan Coach station, don't miss this blue painted town gem.

Equally the location of Cabo Negro is in the Tamuda Bay area where there are lots of other towns to visit from; Martil, M'Diq, Marina Smir & Fnideq. Need to venture into the city? No problem, Tetouan is just 10-15 minutes drive away, conveniently positioned with an an international airport for easy travel access .

As well as golf, there are local Equestrian/horse riding offering 2 hour rides in the stunning scenic area which you can equally locate using Cabo Negro horse riding on Google.

A few miles/kilometers north up coast is the Marina Smir water park. Equipped with slides and children's water park area for a great family day out. Also in the Marina Smir area are lots of popular cafes & restaurants as well as a great and very popular beach. You will also find activities such as Jet Skiing and private motor boat rides to take the family out on a day or half day out on the Mediterranean Sea.

Across the whole Tamuda bay area are multitudes of public beaches, some equipped with beach activities such as volleyball, others with floating sea activities in this very popular strip in the North of Morocco.

Perhaps it's just a drive you are looking for? Why not pass by the King of Morocco's infamous holiday palace with it's picturesque architecture, or venture out in the evening/night where you will be encapsulated with the lighting design, water fountains and general landscaping of the Tetouan, Tamuda bay area.

Guest access
The entire apartment will be at the guests disposal. Including all facilities placed within which can be used whilst applying care and respect to the property.

Other things to note
This property is suitable for 4 main guests using the bedrooms. Two additional guests may be accommodated via the lounge sofa. if this is not suitable then this property may not be fit for your requirements and we recommend not booking this property.

The property is none smoking and none vaping so please do not smoke or vape in the property, including the terrace. No exceptions. For any smoking or vaping then please use the main outdoor areas outside the apartment building.
