"The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean,but there was a smell in the room. It was almost like a strong mildew smell. We sprayed the room with air freshner. That helped until we left for the day and we had to spray again.The free breakfast was very tasty"

"Has been awhile since the renovation and it is starting to show. Stayed here off and on since the 1990s and seen the property improve. Note: there on some rare cooler June days, asked front desk to turn off the ceiling fans and response was “owner wants them on” so they stayed on."

Relaxing getaway
"If you’re looking for privacy, you’ve got it here! Perfect for a small group to relax near the water for a few days, has everything in the kitchen you’d need to prep dinner and the porch is a perfect chill spot. Steep driveway and it’s out in the sticks, but we loved it."

Riverfront R&R
"Truly enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place for some R&R before starting my next phase of chemo. This place is perfect. We spent lots of time on the screened porch. Enjoyed the grill and fire pit down closest to the river. We also enjoyed the record player. Love how eclectic this place is. ..."
