Huone 4 henkiselle perheelle liian ahdas. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut mitään verho mikä estää suihkussa käydessä vedin roisketta ja koko kylpyhuone kellui, ei siellä ollut mitään lastaa millä vetää vedet pois.

I wouldn’t stay there next tim

The hotel is old, imagine waiting for minutes before using the elevator. No room cleaning until it is requested. The only little advantage is the proximity to the masjid. Not even the close to the Ka’aba . No enough paper towels in the bathroom etc

this was a terrible place specially that the room was not clean, they did not have towels until the next day. when i was trying to confirm their services they never answered the phone of email prior to getting there. their front staff was not freindly,the location was on a hill unlilke the picture it was impossible for my wife to get in and out of hotel as she uses a wheelchair. the access to the hotels was blocked we could not check so we had to back to train station and spend the night there and went late next morning to check in. their website said they had a convient store in the hotel since they no restuarant but that was not true. we ended up checking after one nigt to and stayed at a defferent hotel.

They have send me wrong address and they don't have phone number to contact or email i also west my time and money to find the place. I couldn't find it. I paid extra money that I wasn't expected to get the location

This Hotel ist overrated. I stayed already in multiple Hotels in Makkah let me shortly compromisr the pros and cons of this Hotel Pro Close to Haram (approx 5 Mins to.Ghaza Bus Station, 10 mins tonpraying area outside and 20 mins INSIDE) Price was very attraktive Cons - during our arrival the staff wantes to.give us a three bed room instead the booked fourbed one I insisted on. Finally got.our room but Lady at reception was Not very friendly. - rooms are very small including bathroom. If you Take a shower entire bath room.is under water - on First day no towels in room needed to request - we were 3 adults only 1 Card was Provider, No possibility for a second key. - fire Alarm outside went one at. Least 3 Times in 2 days.

Immature receptionist & woken up at 1.50am

12 mins walk to mosque- not 5. Location not on any taxi app- called receptionist for directions. Farah (who changed her name to mid conversation from Sarah) was rude & unhelpful. Despite having the “do not disturb” on, got woken up by insistent knock on door at 1.50am by maintenance man. Refused to leave until I called receptionist. The maintenance was regarding bathroom door jamming lock, reported during the day. Lift broken during day- was on 12th floor, fasting. Asked receptionist to call/ text/ WhatsApp me when it was fixed. No c communication received so spent day out. Texted Ahmed, the manager- no reply to questions, no compensation offered. Asked Nasir, another manager to call- left number and chased up. No reply. Was hoping to write a positive review… management were given so many chances as was Farah to clear the air- she was so rude that her colleague had to remind her not to mutter in arabic (I speak English and very little arabic) as she’s fasting. I repeated the arabic words that were fasting yes. Maybe I’ll get an apology in which case I’ll remove this review. Hotel doesn’t care about reviews from my experience.
