The room is basic but spotless clean,the bedding was good.I am not sure about the staff as I dealt with one very approachable but turned out the worst one according to my experience he recommended that I should upgrade my room and explained what the new room will be,but when I entered my upgraded room happened to be the same room I booked and fully paid for,immediately I rejected the new room and demanded my full refund but until today two weeks later have not receive my refund.

Amazing location...the family room we had was the view of Majid el haram.. best ever view .. breakfast was good, really enjoyed.. The only issue we had the wifi connection wasn't very strong.. the haram is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. overall we enjoyed our stay.
