I wish they can extend the check out til noon to catch up more on our sleep, we had also a breakfast nearby diner and it’s good. Location is good where we want to be. 「The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...

「If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.」

「Communication with Katherine was nonexistent. She messaged me 4 days before our arrival with the lockbox code, but that was it. I replied the same day with a follow-up question - no response. I sent a message the day we arrived saying we could not stay there due to the conditions inside the house - no response. The only other message I received asked me to rate my stay. The house is located near the main street of the town, which was cool, but the side street it was on felt iffy. I was anxious to...

「The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is not on a busy road. I had no issues with communication with the host. She was very quick in responding to my inquiries. We didn’t cook there but saw items in the cabinets to do so. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. I recommend this for a small group because there is only 1 bathroom. We booked this place again for next year because it was conveniently located close to our weekend event.」
