Very well maintained hotel. Beautiful inside and a good deal. The only thing missing is the breakfast was ok. The food was not hot from the soup all the way down the line. They leave all the covers open, and all they would need to do is upgrade the food warmers that have it constantly warming. They leave all the lids open so it cools down too quick. They need to have an extra roll of toilet paper in the room at least. The rolls are very small to begin with. Especially if you get sick.

This truly is an amazing hotel. The employees are incredibly professional, friendly, polite, and helpful. The property is beautiful - inside and out. The rooms are pleasant, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great, and the restaurant is fairly priced and has delicious food. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Medan.

This hotel is very grand and spacious. The pool is very good, although some shelter would good, as it is very hot in the surrounding area. Although Medan itself has little to offer tourists, the hotel is in a good position for shopping - there is a Starbucks opposite and a short walk from a minimart.

Large building with good sized rooms. No hot water on the shower even though it was left to run for ages. Nearby shopping mall is nice. We didn't venture further as we didn't have time.
