「The room wasn't really clean; we had ants in the wardrobe. The staff were indifferent, and the food wasn't the best—Friday's dinner consisted of leftovers from the entire week. We will never return to this hotel. There is a huge difference between the one in Hammamet and the one in Djerba.」

「Der Robinson Club Djerba Bahiya lässt mich unschlüssig zurück. Zwar ist die Anlage im Außenbereich schön angelegt und gestaltet, doch bezieht sich das nur auf außen und nicht auf die Innenräume. So zum Beispiel unser Zimmer... Größe war gut... aber bei der letzten Renovierung wurde ein Laminatboden verlegt. Der hat offensichtlich etwas zu viel Feuchtigkeit abbekommen, so dass die Fugen sich aufstellen und Ecken abplatzen. Und auch die Fußleisten, sowie die provisorisch zugeschmierten Bohrlöcher...

「Aucun  « luxe », aucun « prestige » hôtel 5 * vieillissant , infrastructures dégradées , spa thalasso sale, la cuisine est franchement mauvaise. Certains membres du personnel de mauvaise foi et peu sympathique . Tout est à revoir. Excepté La masseuse Hajer et un des serveur, qui ont été vraiment adorable avec un vrai service et savoir-faire. 」
