“The staff was great! The room was comfy and very nice. There was plenty of parking. Despite it being a very busy entertainment weekend. The hotel was quiet and not over crowded. ”
“It was very clean with great service including maid service. Breakfast was good for either eating in the lobby or your room and could even be on the go. They were even able to check me in late night after reserving less than an hour before arrival.”
“This place was great! Dallas can be scary when finding a place to stay that is safe. This place was quiet and we felt completely safe. The beds were lovely!!! We had a great stay!! Thanks so much. ”
“Very nice and clean. The front desk staff was amazing as was the housekeeping staff!!!! My only complaints would be that the beds were not firm enough, the pillows were definitely not firm enough and there really need to be detachable shower heads with more water pressure. Also, the air conditioning was crazy! We had to have the air conditioning at 67. Anything above that the room was a sauna.”
“Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The only thing i wish they had more of would be available pool towels. I was there for a week and only saw them laid out 1 day. Every other day we would have to ask the frontdesk for them. ”
“Easily the best Best Western I've stayed in. Clean, quiet, spacious. The breakfast was great: bacon, egg, sausage; toast, waffles, fresh roasted coffee (fresh!), yogurt and granola. The only drawback was no frosted flakes! Cheerios, froot loops and raisin bran. Not worth a star deduction but definitely worth mentioning so that management can change this horrific happenstance.
While I'm nitpicking: PSA: there are three Best Westerns with 'airport' in the title in the area. Don't go to the wrong……
