「We stayed for 2 nights while in the area for a wedding and fit our needs great. Plenty of space for just the 2 of us and would have been perfect for a larger group too. People mentioned the AC units are loud, and we agree, but we just turned the bedroom one off at night. Between the fans and the AC unit in the front, we stayed very comfortable. There was not a lot of natural light so the unit was relatively cool on its own. I would have loved to have a full length mirror somewhere in the unit....

「This worked very well for five people. Comfortable and clean. Can walk to a market and ice cream/restaurant that was Ok. Easy access to Steamboat. Kitchen was well-stocked and that is not something that happens all the time. Hot tub was nice. Couch was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the bunk beds need to have their joints tightened as it squeaked with slight movement. Not a huge deal, though. Would stay here again.」

「We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! 「The Rivendell was just as listed, LOVED the porch!! Wonderful location, close to Estes and RMNP yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Estes. No issues with water as others have stated(we had 10 in our party that stayed there). Dan, owner and Trish, property manager were wonderful to work with. Saw lot of wildlife during our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Heard/Drew families for sharing your cabin with us!!」
