“Host was timely with responding to questions! He was helpful with check-in procedures. Stovetop/oven did not work. The unit did not appear to be heated. Overall, a great stay while spending time in the city.”

“I stayed 6 nights while visiting family in Lakewood. I also rode the RTA to Downtown to go to a Guardians vs Detroit Tigers game. The apartment was clean and quiet. Located near Madison Ave where there are lots of restaurants.”

Even VRBO customer support tried to get in touch with them and they never returned any of our calls or messages. Left us in quite a pinch as we had to scramble and find a hotel room that cost us double what we would’ve paid for this property. Luckily VRBO processed a reimbursement, but I……
