「At first we did not feel welcomed. The host had double booked and insisted that we move to another place for the third and final night.We stood our ground as we had specially booked the 3 nights 3 months earlier as a family treat. The next morning we were informed that we could stay.The place is beautiful with amazing views and authentic decor spanning 4 floors and a rooftop patio. Beds were pretty hard but the overall stay was fantastic.」

「The property was not as it was represented on VRBO. It was unclean and unsafe. The rooftop terrace was not as pictured, there was a lot of garbage and no usable furniture. There was no hot water for showers or dishes, there were clothes left in the laundry machine from the time we arrived up until we left. The entire apartment had a terrible musty moldy odor. The property was not on nor even near the beach.」

「Our flight was delayed by two days and canceled, so we were unable to make this booking. Despite the extenuating circumstance which was beyond our control, the host refused to refund our money. The booking is marked as non refundable, so i understand he had the right to take his money. Still, this is a warning to future travelers: this host will not work with you if you have any extenuating circumstances.」
