Ferragosto

Hotel na praia, 2 quartos e 2 banheiros (nenhum é suíte) cozinha com pratos, copos, talheres e utensílios suficientes! O sofá da sala está bastante usado (afundado). As piscinas não tem estrutura/ espaço/ cadeiras suficientes para a metade dos hóspedes (não chegamos nem perto de usufruir)

We stayed for five nights in one of the apartments in the main Residence Superior Del Mar complex, separate from the hotel itself. One of the biggest positives was the smaller pool, which was right outside our villa. It was a good size, much quieter than the main pool, and made for a really relaxing place to spend time. The villa itself was comfortable but could definitely do with some attention. Our shower flooded regularly, the front door became difficult to open and close during our stay, and there were a few areas where the walls were chipped or damaged. The bedding was also frustrating, as the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, so we often ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but we were surprised there was no oven, which would have made self-catering much easier. The location is excellent, with two beaches within easy walking distance. Just be aware that there were jellyfish around during our visit, so it’s worth checking conditions before heading into the sea. We visited the main hotel pool once, but it wasn’t really for us. It was very busy with families and young children, and the organised aqua fitness sessions with loud music made it feel quite hectic. We much preferred the quieter pool by our apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the location and the peaceful smaller pool, but there are a number of maintenance issues and missing facilities that mean there’s definitely room for improvement

不滿：房源資料準確度
Vi bokade vår lägenhet fem månader i förväg. Trots det, tilldelades vi en mörk lägenhet på bottenvåningen (under markplan) dit solen aldrig nådde. Lägenheten har allt du behöver men det kändes otroligt trist att sitta i lägenheten med en deprimerande uteplats och bunkerkänsla. Att möbler dessutom drogs över golv varenda morgon hos grannar, var värdelöst. Att grannar röker på sin uteplats och att röken kryper in i vår bostad så att vi tvingas stänga fönster till ”bunkern”, det var ingen höjdare. Kaotisk supermarket på hotellet, rörig info om det mesta, skrikande barn och vuxna i den mindre poolen (den större orkade vi inte besöka efter upplevelsen i den mindre poolen). Nja, för pengarna vi betalt hade vi förväntat oss bättre, och framför allt när vi bokar i god tid.
