Apartments in Medway

"Nice apartment. Bit far from city centre. Not much to do in neighbourhood. Beds were basic. Bit small for long people. TV only fit for streaming from the mobile phone. No dishwasher. Good enough for short stay in the city. "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"When walking it, it seemed to be perfect. After a very bumpy check in process (meeting someone on a sketchy steet corner) we were beyond ready to settle in. They were accommodating with our late check in time, but the listing was rather deceptive. If I wanted to list the broken items in the apartment, I would take up the word count. From unstable chairs to broken vacuums. The worst of the events was the pipe breaking, which was out of the control of anyone, but more so it was the communication...
