"Stayed with a couple of friends for a weekend in Bruges. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel doesn't offer free parking but there is underground, secure parking just 5mins from the hotel. Highly recommend and would use again."

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the newer section, and loved it for it's comfort, quiet, size, etc. We unfortunately didn't give ourselves time to just sit and relax in the several lobby-level rooms but they are beautiful, as well. The location is perfect for accessing the center of Bruges. "
