「The kettle had an oily film on the inside. I cleaned it out before making coffee. I tried to summon someone to hand in the breakfast card. I rang the service bell 4 times, no one came. I was informed the next morning at breakfast that breakfast on Saturdays only starts at 07h30. I needed to be at my client by 07h30. The staff helped me get breakfast early. 」

I observed that the room telephones have been removed since my last visit, and now there was no information in my room - instead one is referred to an app. I think that is not a good idea - it is as if they are skimping on extras to save a little money. 「I booked a family unit with one double bed and two singles only go get there to one bed. The lady we called said we will have to pay extra for every person who will be sleeping in their unit. We had to fight for one more person and ended up looking for another guest house for the other two people yet we paid for the family unit.」

「We were greeted warmly by our host. Lots of secure parking, lovely garden and pool. Comfortable room, very clean but maybe a little dated. WiFi was good. Even with load shedding a very nice breakfast was served. The staff were so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」
