"Im Groben und Ganzen war die Unterkunft schön. Sie liegt toll in der Natur und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und super nett. Bei uns gab es kleine Unstimmigkeiten mit der Buchung, das wurde aber super kompetent und freundlich gelöst. Großes Lob an der Stelle:) Das einzige Manko waren die Betten. Wir waren in einem Vierbettzimmer, zwei Stockbetten, und die Betten waren schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sie waren ein wenig instabil, was außer ständigem Quietschen...

"Our family of 10 had a fantastic stay at Hotel Am Froschbächel! The property was spotless—rooms and common areas were impeccably clean—and the location was perfect for us. There’s a playground right across the street, which was a lifesaver for the kids to burn off energy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options so everyone found something they liked. "A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in. "
