“Property was great. Rooms were clean, and all mentioned amenities were available and in good working order. Neighborhood overall was quiet, but direct neighbors made it a point every day to block the front yard with cars, so we had to park in the driveway, which was fine. Owner had no control of this, so no problem. 5 star experience, thank you!”

“The apartment was very nice and modern. Only complains i would have to give is the buckling floor in the kutchen but the owner communicated that its being fixed and the handle in the toliet would hang off everytime you flushed. “Cute old home is a quiet neighborhood. There was acrually a neighborhood block party while we were there! People grilling, children playing, mingling, etc. You can tell they are pround of their neighborhood, a nice area. It was within a 10 minute drive to most attractions in the city. “We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking was easily found right in front of the house and the neighbors were friendly. We happened upon Failoni’s restaurant for dinner our first night and it was so great we went back the next night. “Great place to stay in St. Louis! Host Pam, was very communicative! Checked in with us before our arrival and provided help quickly! St. Louis was experiencing extreme heat while we were there and our group had a person using the pull out sofa bed where the air didn't circulate as well. "Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
