"A localização é ótima, ao lado do pier de Itapema, próximo a Praia. Estrutura do prédio ótima com piscina e academia, só lamentamos a esteira não funcionar e a solicitação de ajuda para resolver não teve retorno por parte do atendente da administradora do Condomínio. Check in tranquilo, apto limpo, tudo novo e de qualidade. Atendimento do anfitrião muito rápido e resolutivo. Ar condicionado do quarto perfeito, da sala requer achar solução para o condensador para que o calor não se mantenha...

"Anfitriã muito simpática, ágil, nos explicou rapidinho o que precisávamos e nos deixou mto a vontade.
O apto é excepcional, nos surpreendeu positivamente ao chegar, pois é maior do que aparenta nas fotos e é bem pertinho da praia. Tem AC na suíte e tv somente na sala. Mas vamos aos pontos positivos e negativos:
Positivos:
1 - é praticamente pé na areia e quase ao lado do Pier O Porto.
2 - é bem amplo, 2 quartos e dois banheiros, com churrasqueira e um mini-espaço gourmet que foi bem utilizado...

"Deixaram em nós em um quarto com um monte de escadas para chegar. A noite sem iluminação adequada, e as escadarias sujas, quartos com pouca infraestrutura e sujos. Não é um Resort. Possui duas piscinas e 3 hidromassagens.
Realizei algumas reclamações, porém ninguém entrou em contato. Péssimo atendimento."
