The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. 「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「We were stay for only one night here, it was fine. The room was clean and quiet, toilet is big, staff is nice. The only problem is, there is no elevator, we have to carry our big luggage upstairs. Other than this, the hotel is fine for me.」
