Really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Beautiful view of the Reichenbach falls and very close to the station which has hourly trains to Interlaken and other places of interest.

Perfect for families. The apartment was clean and warm thanks to underfloor heating. The kitchen was functional however it doesn’t come with a microwave. We were near the train tacks but could barely hear any noise since our bedrooms were on the opposite side. The resort is placed in a strategic position, and it is close to migros and coop (supermarket). Meiringen is a quiet place perfect to experience the locals lifestyle.

The room was clean, the balcony was huge and there was nice mountain view. The property is very convenient to everything needed in my opinion. Train, multiple local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, cable car, etc. I didn’t love the fact that we had to remove our own bed linens and clean and put away all dishes before we left, but it is what it is. (Our dishwasher took hours so we had to wash everything the night before and by hand the morning we left) Also we stayed 4 nights and were only given I think 4 bath towels and 4 smaller towels total for the entire stay for 3 people. I think I read somewhere we would have had to pay for additional towels.

Great location for a vacation with Family

Excellent location for a family vacation. Staff and hotel were excellent. The apartments are well maintained, clean and with everything needed. Close to many places within the area that are worth visiting. Would come back. Only con would be some loud and disruptive neighbors during our stay but the staff made everything possible to quiet things to great success.

Great appartment. It is next to the railway/railwaystation. But there is very little noice from this though. There are two supermarkts at walking distance.

Property was nice, newly built, clean and very near to the station. The only challenge that we felt was checking in check out. Signs were really very strict with travellers coming long way. I think there should be still some flexibility in terms of checking and check out timings. Also, the laundry timings was very specific which did not allow us to do the laundry as per our convenience.

Laundry facility too bad. The staff not available all the time. But resort was neat. As a tourist, feeling like resting and enjoying, but this felt like we had to do lot of work cleaning and setting things up. Seen so many bugs inside the house and there is no proper air conditioning. We didn't have a pleasant sleep. There was a park for lids to play in which was convenient for us though.

Our stay at this resort was very disappointing and far from what we expected from a holiday destination. Check-in starts at 4 pm while check-out is at 10 am, leaving guests with limited time to enjoy their stay. On arrival, many guests were left sitting in the scorching sun waiting for someone to appear at reception, as staff are only available during designated hours despite this being a large resort. The resort's policies are excessively strict. Guests are expected to clean the accommodation thoroughly, strip beds and remove bed linen before departure, which makes the experience feel more like doing chores than enjoying a holiday. Basic hospitality was lacking. Only a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar and two toilet rolls were provided for four guests. When we asked for extra sugar, despite only one person drinking a single cup of tea a day, we were told, "We don't sell sugar here." No additional toilet rolls were offered either. During hot summer weather, only one fan is supplied even for four people staying in two rooms, and requests for another fan are refused. The accommodation itself was clean, which is the main positive. Fatima was the only staff member who was genuinely welcoming, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, most other staff were rude and unaccommodating. Overall, the resort lacks the hospitality expected for a relaxing family holiday, and we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Staff at check in was so pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way to help us with the laundry machines. Our apt was spotless and very comfortable. Views were stunning as we sat on the huge balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Definitely rate this a 10+. I hope we can return someday
