“Located in the beautiful and quiet Milies, the mansion is standing on the hillside right in the opposite side of the bus stop. It is surrounded by all the other houses with grey shinggle roof therefore offers good view of both the sea, mountain and the village.”

Ci è piaciuto molto il materasso davvero confortevole, pulizia presente, cambio asciugamani frequente, Poppi, una signora carinissima e disponibile! “Location spettacolare, situata su una collina da cui si vede il mare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le chiacchierate di fine giornata con il proprietario e gli altri ospiti della struttura. Se ricapiteremo sull’isola torneremo volentieri qui!”

“My girlfriends & I recently stayed at the Avaton Villas for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely PERFECT! Eleni, Gianna and the entire staff went above and beyond. Not only did they make arrangements and reservations for us, they gave us excellent recommendations and local insights. The Villa itself was perfect, it was so clean and spacious with an amazingggg view. I can’t recommend staying here enough!”

“We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs……

“Einfaches, aber sauberes Appartement. Günstig gelegen, 500m bis zum Hafen und 500m bis zum Strand. Die Inhaberin und das Servicepersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Jederzeit gerne wieder.”

“Wonderful stay, the hotel was 10/10. Would definitely recommend.”

“Wardrobe had a light in which kept clicking all night keeping us awake. People outside the hotel used the pool and beach seats making it difficult to get a seat. We did not get to go around the pool. Food choice was very poor if you are a vegetarian. Had the poorest food ever in Skiathos around the pool bar - tasteless chicken and cod bites. When reported to the restaurant about the limited choice we were told that is all they’ve got - no attempt to address it or improve. In the end we ate……

“Everything about this property is fantastical. I’m glad I chose it and I had a wonderful stay. Room clean and tidied up daily including refreshed bowls and cutlery as needed. All the rooms are close together but give 90% illusion of privacy so that was really great as well. Bed reset was daily. The sunrise view deserves a special mention. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.”

“Overcrowded pool area was the biggest disappointment - there is nowhere near enough space to accommodate the number guests they have - it is crying out for an extension to the decking area around the pool and hence the number of sun beds could be increased from the handful they now have.”

“Beds are less than desirable and pool area could use a good cleaning. Staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to the room so coffee isn’t warm by the time it makes it to you. No soap or toiletries of any kind. This isn’t a place to stay if you struggle with steps.”

“Cons: ~ Quite far from the port and Skiathos town. ~Very exhausting to walk uphill. ~Wasn’t that clean :( Pros: ~The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. ~There’s AC ~Pool ~Staff was amazing ~They have a little bar/coffee bar beside the pool. Thank you for having us Blue Horizon. ”

“Zentral gelegen, schöne Aussicht, schönes Zimmer, verdreckte Bettwäsche beim Einzug, Bad: loser Ablauf Deckel in Dusche und zu klein, loser Toilettendeckel und Toilettenpapier Regelung nicht mehr zeitgemäß.”

“The beach was further away than what was described and the “road” was not an actual road. The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road. Towels were never changed, sheets never changed, never sweeper or mopped the room and we stayed for a decent time. Depending on the room the appliances did not work which we didn’t find out until everything went……
