We appreciate the positive feedback. PFF continually strives to provide a comfortable and easy place to vacation and enjoy. Ocean front is a tough climate and keeping ahead of maintenance with a busy calendar can be a challenge. Thankfully we have a good team in place to help keep things running smoothly. Our stretch of the beach is unique and provides a peak into natures treasures. The cottage is situated in one of the busiest sea turtle nesting areas in Brevard County. Turtles can be spotted in the ocean during the day waiting to nest in the evening. Hatchlings definitely are the most exciting to watch. We appreciate guests who respect nature and take care protecting the nesting areas. Hopefully you will have the opportunity to visit in the future. It is not an understatement hurricanes create many challenges for ocean front properties. We considered ourselves fortunate our damage was not permanent and through time the vegetation and dunes will rejuvenate. It’s heartwarming to experience guests who truly enjoy the cottage and the tranquil surroundings. When you step into the ocean yard it’s like entering another world. The ocean is always changing so each day is a new view. Thank you for your kind words!

Thank you ! When these mid century houses were built I think the outdoors was the primary focus. We’ve discussed many iterations of updating the cottage to provide central A/C without compromising the original character. Joe and I have a home south of the cottage - our bathroom does have “better” ventilation , but one of the first amenities we added - an outdoor shower. Nothing better ! Can’t remember the last time our indoor shower was used. Maybe an outdoor tub should be in the future amenity list for the cottage 😉. gad you enjoyed your stay and we hope you will consider us the next time your travels bring you to Melbourne Beach. I am humbled by your comments our guests comfort and satisfaction is the highest priority and we are continually updating the cottage and scheduling maintenance. We had good communication throughout your stay and would have appreciated the chance to respond and overcome any issues. We do have several major projects scheduled for 2022 and unfortunately have had to manage project/ production delays. Thank you for the positive review. Yes A1A can be challenging - you know when the cottage was created in 1949 there really wasn’t a road. Thankfully the cottage centers on the ocean side and and focuses on the ocean. We love sharing this unique cottage and appreciate all of our guests. Thank you 😊

My heart is full. The world is a crazy place for many people and we’ve all been through so much the last years. Our guests who find the cottage and experience what our little slice of paradise offers is a true gift. I never thought I would have the opportunity to share this but we do and I love when our guests truly connect and understand the unique circumstance . This little cottage has survived and thrives we talk about remodeling and upgrading and then I sow d a moment there and I am captured by the simplicity and easiness. Yes we should have a dishwasher in reality it’s on the other side when the whole house is rented. I’ll work on that. All in all the pink cottage is magical - I k kw this and watching the ocean priceless. Thank you and please enjoy the cottage again.
