Hi Traveler, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, as it assists us in improving our hotel for all our guests. I'm sorry to hear you're stay wasn't quite up to expectations - we do send out emails to ensure communication across the board, car parking instructions are present on these documents but you do need to open the attachment inside the email and sometimes these can be moved to your junk folders. We appreciate you informing us of this and we are working diligently at improving our product and guest experience as we work at making our email correspondence more clear. Hopefully at some point in the future, you'll give us another opportunity to try us again.
