The property was centrally located. Surrounded by a beautiful park and walking distance to Victoria Markets. The staff were extremely helpful, their restaurant served great food, and the room amenities were perfect. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in Melbourne. Thank you!

不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
This is my first one-star review and it is very valid. I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital. I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty. On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer, I then had Expedia call the property and no answer. I sent an email and no reply. There is no way a guest can check in late as I have done prior without the access code to the main door. I want a refund for my missed nights' accommodation, but the hotel terms do not allow for this so I will leave this review :(

The location was amazing - so easy to grab the tram to dinner! Room was well set up and we had a lovely view of the parkland behind. My only negative is that it was a shower over bath - with some limitations in my mobility it was awkward to get in and out and I felt like I could easily slip using the shower.
