Celebrating the seaside lifestyle, the home boasts large entertaining spaces including a stunning, newly renovated lounge with leather sofa, gas-log fire and large TV, while an open-concept cooks kitchen includes quality appliances and a relaxed flow into the adjoining dining area and outdoor deck beyond.

This exotic villa is just an hour to Melbourne and walking distance to an endless throng of cafes, restaurants and bistro's peppering Main Street.

Providing every creature comfort with ducted-heating, refrigerated cooling, dish-drawers, French-door fridge, wine fridge, microwave, 5 flat-screen TV's and laundry facilities, this beachside villa makes it very easy to relax, while a king master with ensuite, queen room with balcony, 3rd room with 2 single beds, family bathroom with spa and powder room have the household well covered.

A short drive to wineries, surf beaches, horse-riding trails, golf courses and day spas, theres something for everyone to enjoy from this long-cherished location in between simply chilling out with wine and cheese on the deck.
