飯店地點還不錯，但是睡床太軟不是很好睡，也沒有什麼可以補救的方法！洽逢聖誕節期間，所以沒有什麼打掃，勉強渡過1-2天還可以.

Nice location, big room but not for business trips
+ : The hotel located in the city centre right next to the tram station, which was very convenient. + : The room was big with a nice kitchen. - : There was a TV table next to the bed with no TV, no wall outlet nearby any table which makes charging phones or laptops difficult. - : There was a day i left the room at 8AM and returned at about 9PM, and my room was not cleaned. I was too tired to ask for the cleaning, and when i was checking out 3 days later, the dirty dishes were still in the dish washer. - : There were no slippers or bathrobes. - : The carpet was kind of dirty with stains.

Excellent staff services, great location, good cleaniness. I have booked for 6 nights for a family trip. Everything was good except the mattress was too soft for a comfortable sleep. The guest service has asked their staff to place something on the mattress to try to make it firmer. Unfortunately, it was still too soft for a reasonable adult.
