Sealake 您好， 很抱歉给你添麻烦了。我们在east melbourne 有三栋公寓，如果您有关于行李或者电梯方面的要求，我们可以提前为您安排。热水是因为公寓每一栋都有自己的热水器，而不是整体的热水系统。所以需要您自己安排热水的使用。我们的厨房厨具是按西餐简餐的标准准备的。如果您需要更多的出具可以告知我们前台。我们将给您提供所需物品。

We stay in room T322 This is my honeymoon vacation,and then no toothbrush,no staff help us, no hot water when I take a Bath, no body help us too!! That very bad experience,and the room rate is expensive,but no hot water no toothbrush no staff, it's very angry!! Very terrible, no more next time. By the way, the room is dirty too

The staff are friendly. However, some of the apartments were a bit old, and seemed to have a funny smell. The first apartment we were allocated to wasn't so good. We asked to change to another room and were quite happy with it.

Disappointing
It was not as clean and tidy as shown in its photos from the website!!! The door of the toilet cannot be locked! The floor of the toilet was very slippery because of the shower door cannot be closed well! The apartment was on the ground floor so it was quite noisy at night!

Room was in really poor condition, so much so I took photos upon arrival because I was concerned they'd hit me up for it. Photos listed are not at all reflective of the real thing. WiFi didn't work first night and customer service couldn't help me. In fact he was flat out rude. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The beds were old box spring and creaking and could feel the springs when laying down. The couches were not comfortable to sit on and the dining table is too big for that space and unpractical. The noise from the neighbours was loud and we had to knock on their door to ask them to quiet down at 11:30pm! The bathroom was nicely renovated compared to the rest of the unit. A new couch and new mattresses would help greatly. The unit is in a good location to the city and parking was convenient. The manager was easy to get in touch with and made check in easy.

Not as advertised. Old, tired, ripped carpet, grotty bathroom and kitchen, beds well past use by date, cockroaches, smelled of urine, no aircond in second bedroom. This is a two star property at best. Total hassle having to collect the key from a box outside another property in the rain then walking to try and locate in the darkness. Moved out after one night.

This property was appalling!! No mattress protectors on any beds or covers on fabric bases, dirty glasses, iron burn marks on carpet. Marks all over walls. Unsecured wiring to wall mounted TV. Two couches that were made out of hard material with no cushioning. Folding plastic chairs at table. This property should not be let!

The kitchen sink smelt disgusting every time you used it. Need a good clean with bleach. The bathroom floor got wet and slippery when showering. The entrance dorway was tricky had to make several attempts to get in. Would i stay there again? Probably not

Functional and a good size
A good sized apartment and functional, however lacking any ambience and a little run down. The only lighting in the bedrooms was bright ceiling lights. Parking at the rear and close to trams to CBD (Collins Street). Good value.

This property was advertised as a 3.5 star and was lucky to be a 2. Showers over bath with suspect water pressure, dirty walls, a TV that didn't work & all wrapped up with 40 bed bug bites. Wouldn't stay here again. The cleaner guy was also super rude

Won’t recommend
I am all for budget accommodation but DEFINITELY NOT for the price we paid. Bedding was minimal, triple sheeted with a mere throw for a blanket. Not even a doona. Toilet was not mopped. Mattress had no mattress protector. The hair dryer was cracked and damaged. And sound travelled extremely easily. We could hear everything our neighbors did. Main entrance was not inviting what so ever. Stairwell has an old funky smell

The property was as expected for price & location. Check in was painful - wotif stated to pay at check in but we were phoned by the property to tell us that anything after 3pm was considered a late check in so payment had to be made over the phone. Then when we arrived to check in, our key wasn’t in the lock box as per instructions so we had to deal with a staff member, requesting details we’d already provided when booking.

DO NOT STAY HERE - any room on the top floor has unbearable sound coming from the air con units on the roof - UNINHABITABLE!! We didn’t stay - told we would get a refund - this hasn’t happened! Parking too small to fit any cars without risking damage. A disgrace that an establishment like this can even exist!! Poorly managed, no responsibility taken, it smells, people smoking inside!! False advertising!! Don’t stay here!!!

First issue is that there are actually 3 properties in different locations, but only one reception. This is not communicated when booking, and with car parking at a premium in the area and very tight on-site,it would have saved some rather stressful time if we knew not to bother finding a park at the reception building! Beds are the worst I’ve experienced in YEARS, and the overall condition of the room and facilities is average at best. The position though is excellent. As long as you don’t mind a bit of walking there are decent pubs and cafes within 500mt in each direction, plus the city and sports precinct are not much further. For the price, compared with anything else in the area, you get what you pay for.

This property advertised rooms on the internet. We booked and arrived at the accommodation to find we were to stay in a completely different building at a different location. We needed a lift - the building we were allocated had no lift. The room was nothing like advertised, the furniture was nothing like advertised. The smell of urine nearly knocked me over when I opened the door to the room. It was uninhabitable. Do not stay here.

The property was near four other guest rooms where other guest were smoking. Our room was full of cigarette smell and could not be aired with the windows open. For the two night we stayed, neighbouring guest were loudly drinking and smoking. We heard fights in the doorway and very poor language at night outside our room. With young children in our room, we did not feel safe. The door lock was very temperamental and needs to be fixed. The stairway was unclean and again smelt like fresh cigarette smoke. The carpark out the back contained a large pile of rubbish and old discarded furniture. It was confusing to find the main check in reception and instructions for after hours checkin came very late after multiple phone calls.

Room was very dirty, unsure if they actually have cleaners working there. Two beds but only one blanket? Doesn't make much sense. Hot water lasted about 20 seconds in the shower before going cold. Overall disappointed with the stay.

Great location for wandering up and down Smith St. Looks like the building is old but our apartment had a lovely renovated kitchen and bathroom. Furniture is very basic but was OK.
